You will be counted in the category and will be provided seat as per the category you have filled in your registration

The ESIC Medical College cut off of 2019 for IP quota seats are as follows,
General Category- 529 marks
OBC- 482 MARKS
ST- 404 MARKS
SC- 257 MARKS.
As you have secured 500+ marks so there is a fair chance that you will get a seat in the ESIC
