It was not even started. They likely to be announce the date of counselling in 2nd week of November and starts in 3rd week of November. Right now they have only finished counselling fee.

Fee structure remains same every year although it may be differ by 10% approx .

Also it depends on particular college about increasing the fee .

But according to me it remains same almost.
