Unfortunately his chances of getting a government college for mbbs degree is quite impossible this year.

You may get private college in India or abroad but that's not beneficial, it would cost a lot and still of no use while government college would be better for career options

No you don't have to register separately for AIIMS or for any other medical college .

All the college including deemed university like JMI are included in the MCC councelling which starts on October 27 and ends on November 2 .
