It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination

Yes you can surely get a seat at a private medical college based on your NEET score but courses such as MBBS usually have much higher cutoffs than the marks you have scored. So it is tough to say that you will get the best Medical College but

Based on previous years trend, I am sorry to say that with All India Rank 1,88,975 in NEET 2020, despite having SC Category reservation benefit, you will not get any government medical colleges either through State Quota or All india Quota.
