With 427 marks in NEET, you may have a average chance of getting into medical colleges of Karnataka through Karnataka state counselling. Since, you belong to ST category, you still have  chance of getting a seat as cutoffs of last year for St category was in the range

The counselling may start around 27 October 2020 to 2nd November 2020 which includes registration ,payment and choice filling up to 5pm  - for 1st round .

Choice filling and locking must be done on October 28 ,2020 .The round 2 starts from  November 18 to 22

Unfortunately, this year the cutoffs for even the reserved categories have exceeded the score of 450. so you don't stand a nice chance there. As for BDS colleges, even their cutoffs are over 400.
