Usually cut off are high in first list, above 95% but with subsequent cut offs certain degree of dip can be seen.

You can check for the previous year cut off lists to get an idea.

Indraprastha college for womens delhi have decleared there 2nd cut off on 25th june. The cut off for BA english honours in same college is around 95.75percent.

This year there is average 1% deduction is done by college in every cut off. Like in first cut off it was around 93 for ST catagory. In second cut off is was around 92% and now in third its 91% for BA in english honours.

Sorry but you have very less chance in cutoff list round 1. but don't worry, You have very decent chance in cutoff list 2 or so on.

You have good score, So at the end, you can get admission there.
