The admissions at IET DAVV are done as per the admission guidelines issued by Directorate of Technical Education Bhopal. The admissions for BE programmes are done via centralised DTE counselling based on JEE Main scores. For ME admission, a candidate must have a valid GATE score. Candidates without a GATE score may also apply. However, preference will be given to candidates with GATE scores. Admissions to the M.Sc programme is done based on merit as per the marks obtained in the qualifying exam.

The admissions to the UG engineering courses at IET DAVV Indore are done through a centralised counselling process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education Bhopal. Candidates must have a valid JEE Mains score to participate in the admission process.

• Print of allotment letter from Directorate of Technical Education, Bhopal (MP).

• Photocopy of Mark-sheet for IIT-JEE Mains exam.

• Two copies of the latest passport size photographs.

• Original migration certificate. (applicable only for students from CBSE)

• Copy of the Mark-sheet of 10th and 12th exams issued by the Board.

• Original TC

• Copy of domicile certificate (for MP quota candidates).

• Copy of the certificate of reserved category (SC/ST/OBC).

• Copy of Aadhar card.

• Documents verification slip obtained from the nodal centres of DTE (If available)

• Original gap certificate (If there is any gap in the studies after schooling, a Court affidavit explaining the gap, clearly mentioning that the candidate has not taken admission elsewhere)

IET DAVV Indore PG Admission Procedure

The admissions to the post graduate ME courses at IET DAVV Indore are done on the basis of GATE scores. Candidates without a GATE score may also apply. However, preference will be accorded to applicants who have a GATE score. Admissions to the M.Sc programme in Applied Mathematics are done on the basis of merit as per marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
