A fully air-conditioned auditorium has the capacity of seating 400 people at a time. It is equipped with the latest audio-visual system which enhances the effect of conferences, seminars, symposiums, and other cultural events.

The Library is always a valuable asset to the students and hence IMS has a great collection of books and periodicals covering the entire spectrum of management and polytechnic and for all other programs. Besides books on management, the library also boasts of access to several National and International journals. The library will be kept open during the academic session. The student will be given borrower cards while borrowing books these cards should be signed by the students as well as a librarian. Perfect silence must be observed in the library hall.

The College has That is why IMS J.P. Nagar has created the most advanced Computer Labs. All the computers are connected via a local area network (LAN) using the Server family OS along with Fortinet Firewall 200B and internet information server 6.0. We have dedicated internet connectivity of 10 MBPS (on fiber optics). The hardware configuration of the computer center is Eight Servers including IBM Core2Quad Server, HCL Server (Windows Server 2003, ISA and Fedora) and other Intel Based Server. Labs are equipped with HP Laserjet network printers. For security purposes, we are using Fortigate Firewall 200-B with an analyzer, which can cater to up to 1000 clients. The uninterrupted power supply is available in all labs through power backup. Students may utilize computer lab facilities as per the rule displayed and in the consulting with lab in-charge on duty. Total Application software like MS Office 2007, MS Project, Business Beacon, Prowess, SPSS 16.0, SQL Server is extensively used. The Institute provides facilities for Scanning and printing include high-speed LaserJet Network printers. The Campus Network is protected using Fortinet Firewall 200B. Internet and Network Security is provided by Kaspersky Security Center. An Academic Alliance with Microsoft for all software products is also registered as an Educational Campus agreement.

The College has Besides providing quality education to the students, IMS has also provided a well-furnished Cafeteria on the campus. The cafeteria provides hygienic food to the students in order to keep them physically and mentally healthy for their studies. A spacious and hygienic canteen at Institute provides fresh snack items, tea, coffee, juice, cold drinks, and daily need items to students and visitors. Food preparation under the direct supervision of the messing committee comprising of management, faculty and student representatives. Tasty and wholesome nourishing food is prepared under strict supervision. Special attention is paid to maintain hygienic condition in the mess and it is regularly monitored.

The College has Central Bank of India is operating its branch and ATM facility in the IMS campus to provide the Banking and ATM Facility to students and staff.

The Campus Boys hostels, are located in calm and serene surroundings, provide a conductive natural atmosphere for the students to study, The hostels are located away from each other with separate mess facilities. Utmost care is taken to maintain hygiene during the preparation and serving of food by dedicated staff.
