The College Boys' hostels are located in calm and serene surroundings, providing a conducive natural atmosphere for the students to study. The hostels are located away from each other with separate mess facilities, maintaining hygiene during preparation.

The College Library is always a valuable asset to the students, and hence IMS has a great collection of books and periodicals covering the entire spectrum of management and polytechnic & for all other programs. Besides books on management, the library also boasts access to several National and International journals. The library will be kept open during the academic session. Students will be given borrower cards while borrowing books These cards should be signed by the students as well as the librarian. Perfect silence must be observed in the library hall.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has Medical services provided around the clock at the campus. A 24-hour ambulance is always in service in case of emergency. The girl's hostel also contains a self-sufficient clinic within its site. Moreover, there are tie-ups with the neighboring hospitals of the region guaranteeing the well-being of the students.

A high standard of hygiene is maintained, ensuring the satisfaction and contentment of students. Food preparation under the direct supervision of the messing committee comprising management, faculty, and student representatives. The college has More than 30 buses operating every day for the students and staff. The day scholars living in areas away from the campus are picked up and dropped off at their residences in this safe and secure mode of transport.

The college has an infrastructure that enables the students to work on the latest software packages and programs. All the computer labs operate for 12 hours a day, which is extended during peak hours. Hostels have also been provided with 24-hour line connectivity. The Allahabad campus has over 1050 computer systems, whereas 300 computers have been initially installed at the Campus. United is a member of the MSDN academic alliance through which it has around 100 systems & application software from Microsoft every year.
