and there were almost 85 seats last year and
for general UR, marks 611 and rank 1957
for SC, marks 481 and rank 33975
for ST, marks 467 and rank 40034
and for OBC, marks 602, rank 2676
as per last years cutoffs.

It depends on the cutoff this year but there is a good chance for you.
This depends upon the college alloted to you.
Government medical colleges are usually cheaper than the private ones.
Coming to private colleges, there are usually two types of seats:-
1. Government Seat
2. Management Seat
in Government Seat of the above, the fees is usually way less than that of the Management Seat
This thing varries for Deemed Universities.
