Yes, there is a chance for admission through managment quota.There is no chance for govt or private colleges through councling. Bcz your score is very less.

With the score of 232 it is very difficult to get into any government medical or Dental College
However she may apply to private dental colleges where she may get admission

She will surely get a private college but chances for government college is very low

Since she is qualified the NEET, So she is eligible to attend councelling but chance for getting college is very low....
