The IIMSR Lucknow MBBS course is divided into pre-clinical, para-clinical and clinical subjects. The duration of the programme is 5 years and 6 months, including a 1-year compulsory internship.

• After the results, an all-India merit list of the qualified candidates is prepared and published.

• Candidates who clear the required cutoff for the NEET-UG exam should apply for UP NEET counselling. 

• During the choice filling and locking, candidates must choose Integral Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Lucknow as their preference. Then, results are declared and allotment letters are given to candidates.
