Invertis Institute of Management Studies has a dedicated boys hostel named HIMALAYA, SHIVALIK, HIMGIRI & NILGIRI. All hostel residents have their meals in “ANNAPURNA”, An air-conditioned common mess that has two floors, one for boys. All hostels are equipped with the best facilities, such as geysers in bathrooms.

The hostels naming KAVERI, GODAVARI, and BHAGIRATI are located near the college. Invertis Institute of Management Studies has a medical centre which follows the guidelines of Student’s Education and Health Protection Policy, for any urgent medical treatment at Clara Swain Mission Hospital (J.V.), Bareilly, and the continuation of students' education.
