Necessary infrastructure are all present. College campus is extremely beautiful and spacious. Lecture theatres can accomodate more than 150 students. Equipped with projectors and pointers. Wards have accompanying demo rooms for students to study. Fully air conditioned libraries and external reading rooms. Seperate studying areas for residents.

I am studying MBBS. Quality of teaching is good. The faculty is up to date about the recent advancements in the field. The training received after the ending of internship does make oneself job ready. There are a lot of vacancies for junior doctors and residents. Lectures are more of standard quality than practical classes and wards. There is a deficiency of iftients in wards .

There has been average quality of placements at my college. Interns passing out as MBBS graduates get absorbed as Junior doctors at various institutions including Hospitals at Kolkata also . Percentage of students placed are nearly 60 percent. Highest salary package offered is around 70k and is of MBBS.

Course cost per year is around 9 lacs for two semesters. The payment is totally not worthy because the clinical wards are mostly empty. Though the theoretical knowledge is high of the students yet the practical approach is a challenge.

Campus Life is average. With small shops in the campus. Proper malls are nearby and accessible by local transport. Teachers are extremely caring. Location is a few miles off the city centre. Yes it can handle emergencies well. With a 24 hour functional working emergency.

One of these most serene areas in Durgapur. Though the campus is off-limits of the city yet the students and teachers are very supportive.
