PGDM finance has a great career prospects ahead as this is the most competitive industry these days. For PGDM finance IFIM banglore is the best out of the four options that you have taken.

But I would suggest you to try for IIMs, JBIMS Mumbai, because these colleges are the best. Attempt CAT once again and try to score good in CAT next year.

If you want to pursue this year, you can go for IFIM.

IFIM Bangalore is ok. However, the average package is INR 5.5LPA-6LPA. But if you are looking at colleges in the South, consider Woxsen School of Business. It is much better having 200-acre campus, good faculty (80% of them are from IIMs), great grooming program and 100% placement with high average package (INR 8lacs per annum), highest package goes up to INR 20+LPA.

You should go to Fianance, but choose it as a major subject. IIMs follow the ma jor minor concept. Woxsen also follows the major-minor concept. I would suggest that you consider Woxsen School of Business Hyderabad and plan for Finance+Marketing over there.

On the other hand on the basis of studnet's review it hold 3.7 out of 5. Since the college is at all in all terms either faculty or placements.

Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development, Mysore: According to the latest placement reports, the highest package offered is Rs 9 lakhs and the average package offered was Rs 7.14 lakhs.

As you know that MBA is one which needs a lot of practical exposure and professional skills as if one is missing may lead a student in trouble as each has its own importance and both are interlinked .According to my point of you IIHMR in jaipur is good as compare to IFIM Bangalore and also if we considered to reviews and ratings also.

IIHMR

Placements: Placements cannot be underestimated and would surely be the first thing that comes to every student's mind. In case of IIHMR University, almost all seniors got placed before completion of their MBA course. The university claims 100% placements and I can say it is probably a fact. The average package ranges from 4.5 to 7 lakhs per annum all the students easily got the internship from college with some or no stipend.

Infrastructure: The IIHMR University has one of the beautiful campuses in India with a pleasant ambience. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled, equipped with an excellent library and sports facilities. Classrooms are good which are installed with projector and microphone. A delicious canteen is available which provides breakfast, lunch and dinner at a nominal fee or monthly basis. Hostel facility is also available but the rooms will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are friendly and have a deep knowledge of their particular subjects. A pre-defined method of teaching is used and modules-based. Each and every student is provided with a complete set of books and assignments. Sometimes, the study material doesn't have that quality so the students are referred to take other good books.
Other: The two-year professional programme at IIHMR helped me in setting clear goals & provides the direction on how to achieve them.

IFIM BANGALORE

Placements: For the batch 2017-19, the highest salary package offered was 16.60 LPA. Placements for marketing are very good. The college has AACSB accreditation which helps us secure better placements, and more companies tend to visit our college. The lowest salary package offered is 7 LPA every year.

Infrastructure: There are separate buildings for IFIM Business School and IFIM under graduation courses in the main part of Electronic City. It means the college is in a prime location. The college has three computer labs and modern classrooms with projectors and air-conditioners.

Faculty: We have a bespoke curriculum where we get to choose our own subjects which are the best thing a college could provide. This curriculum helps the student in choosing the subjects he/she wants, and the students are not forced to take any other subject. The teacher to student ratio is about 1:30.

Other: The campus crowd is well-educated. Events held in our college cannot go till late at night as they are restricted to be completed by 11 pm.

IIHMR IS BETTER COLLEGE THAN IFIM AS IT HAS GOOD PLACEMENT, TRAINING, INFRASTRUCTURE, FACULTY, EXPOSURE AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.

SDMIMD, Mysore is better in comparison to IFIM, Bangalore due to better peer learning, infrastructure, faculty and placement opportunities. Moreover, SDMIMD will provide you a more wholesome learning experience.

Firstly, none of the companies go to any campus to hire HR personnel for sales & marketing jobs only. For that, they have the students of that vertical itself.

Okay, now coming to your main question - In terms of placement and the number of MNCs coming for recruitment, IFIM Bangalore ranks better. Placement at SDMIMD is equally better but not for the HR domain. 

In terms of HR students ratio, any source currently studying at each of the colleges would be able to give you the exact information.

I would like to say that, in any institute you may study, because every institutes have their own way of teaching, this is my view about institutes but if you want to know that which is better, then you should ask the individuals who is or who was studying in that institute.
