Jayalakshmi Institute of Technology (JIT), Dharmapuri, is a self-supporting college approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). JIT offers a wide variety of B.E. and B.Tech programmes including Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Information Technology. Jayalakshmi Institute of Technology admission for these programmes will be based on merit of performance in the state-level engineering entrance exam, combined with the marks scored in the 12th standard.
