If you belong to general category for which the NEET qualifying cut off, you have not even qualified NEET to be eligible for counselling.
Now if you belong to any other reserved caste , then you have just got a few marks more than the qualifying marks and

Hi aspirant, since you have 130 marks in your NEET exam 2021, so behalf of this marks let me tell you that if you belong to any reserved category than you may can get into some college otherwise it is not possible to get into any college with general category,
