As you know admission to private medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-state quota(85%) and management quota.
The cutoffs for management quota seats are pretty low(around 100-270) marks depending upon college and state. However not much data is available online so exact cutoff can be known only by calling the college itself.
Fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it.

You have not enough marks for MBBS in Kasturba medical college. Sri Devraj URS Medical college also won't take student with you rank for MBBS program. JSS colleges 2018 cutoff was 368 marks so you have a very good chance for admission in that. I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical with such high rank,neither MBBS not BDS.So the only hope left is now private college. In that also,through AIQ,you do not have chance of getting a seat.
You may try for private college though your state quota.Almost all private colleges are good since they charge high amount of money,have facilities.But with this rank you might be on the borderline if getting a private medical college also.

I'm sorry to say but with your rank in NEET 2019, you stand no chances for the KMC, Manipal. The cut off ranks only extend upto around 12000 that too for the SC Rural category. Ao mathematically you have no chances. Don't lose hope as you will be having chances in many good private colleges like Jwaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belgaum. Yes you can get deemed colleges like JSS, SDU KOLAR, KMC, KS HEGDE etc. But the problem comes with the branch as you may not get CSE, IT, EEE, ECE in these colleges but you can get MECHANICAL, CIVIL. I suggest you to look for colleges other than UPSEE as the deemed colleges doesn't have good placement record.

Considering your marks and rank I am sorry to say that it will be nearly impossible for you to make it to KMC or Hamdard or JSS and I am not sure about the other three colleges.
However you must go for the counseling as in this rank you might get a medical seat if luck favours

The college infrastructure was good in our college, it had all the facilities and equipment. library was also very good and was full of useful books arranged systematically. classrooms and labs were also good.
