The institute has a placement cell which is headed by senior HR personnel. The main aim of the KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education, Greater Noida placement cell is to locate suitable job opportunities for students. The placement cell conducts various talk sessions with experienced career advisors to keep the students abreast of the various avenues available to them. The cell organises special grooming sessions wherein communication skills, presentation skills, and physical grooming are addressed. In addition, the cell also conducts mock interviews that help students address their weak areas and can work upon them accordingly.

Placements

The placement opportunities at KCC Institute of Legal and Higher Education are fairly average. Companies do visit the campus and recruitment drives are organized regularly, giving students a chance to explore different options. However, the overall placement rate and quality of companies could be better. While opportunities are provided, students often have to make additional efforts on their own to secure good positions. Overall, I’d rate the placements 3 out of 5.

Healthy Number of Recruiters & Offers In the 2024‑25 placement season, about 157 companies visited campus for BTech + MBA placements, making in total around 852 offers. Strong Packages for Top Performers The highest packages are competitive. For BTech, one of the maximum offers was ~ ₹ 32.17 LPA, while for MBA it was ≈ ₹ 27.47 LPA in 2024‑25. Decent Average Salary The average for BTech in 2024‑25 was around ₹ 12.18 LPA; for MBA it was about ₹ 12.63 LPA. These averages are fairly good for non‑Tier‑1 colleges and motivate students to perform well. Good Placement Rate for Many Students Some reports show ~ 85‑90% of students (especially in some batches) get placed. Variety of Roles & Companies The recruiters include big names (TCS, Infosys, Microsoft, etc.), with roles not always limited to just software engineering: there are roles in finance, analysis, consulting depending on the course. Also, there are internship opportunities and projects, which help students stand out.
