You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, KIMS is a Private Medical College which has Government Quota, Management Quota and Private Quota. If you belong to General Category and you want to secure a seat under Government Quota, you should atleast aim for 450-475. If you belong to Reserved Categories, you need to score between 400-450. According to your marks, chances are less to get a seat in Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences. For a ST category student, 400+ marks would be decent to get a seat in this college.

Based on this score the chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges under All India Quota seats & State quota seats, You might get a seat in private colleges & Deemed Universities.
The Fees structure of private colleges & Deemed Universities are more than 8 to 10 lakhs per year. It can differ college to college.

Congrstulations on scoring this mark in Neet. In order to obtain a seat in KIMS bangalore you must score 540+ in general category and 480+ in reserved category.This is not a decided one but a predicted and may change +/- 10 each year according to the level of competition. You have fair chances to obtain a seat in this college.
