Hello

State quota counseling for admission to medical and dental colleges has been started in Karnataka. The first round seat allotment list has also been declared by the authorities. I hope you might have checked the list and have an idea about your chances of admission.

Getting a seat with 167 marks seems to be less. You can try in deemed universities.

Good Luck!

Dear aspirant

As per the previous year trends of cutoff for this college your chances of getting  a seat here are low as last year the cutoff was around 490.

Hey !

Since you are from maharashtra , you can only apply under all india quota . And as per the previous year cutoff trends under AIQ  , we can say that a reserved category candidate like you can only get admission in KIMS  , bangalore if you have a score above 480. And since your score is much less than that , your chances are negligible for these colleges

You only have chances for private colleges  .

To predict your chances of getting a medical seat on the basis of your NEET AIR ,use NEET predictor tool:

Last year AIQ cutoff for OBC in Karnataka Institute of Medical Science University Bangalore was 549 marks. So your admission becomes dicy this year. Neither can I assure you nor can I demotivate you as you might be knowing this year the cutoffs are expected to rise since the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. So yes try for KIMS Bangalore obviously hopefully you will get the admission.

Best wishes.

Thank you

Hi there.

You have a very low score , as compared to what is required for admission in government college.

And if you do not have a category , you won't even get a chance during counseling.

Either you have to go for management or you can try again for NEET NEXT YEAR.

HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL.

Dear Candidate

See as per your Marks-227 it is difficult to get a Government Medical Seat even if you have a state quota and another quota if applicable. You should have maintained a score above 550 to be on the safer side.

You cannot get into any medical college with this mark.

At this stage, I will suggest you must use this link to get a fair idea about the colleges both Private and Government you can get as per the score you have received and then plan accordingly.

You may try for private colleges where The rank up to which a college will it will offer a Medical MBBS Seat depends upon the College itself and varies from college to college. You must enquire it from the college you desire to seek admission into.

Some of the low-cost private colleges are

1.Terna Medical College, Navi Mumbai The fees is around 32 lakhs

2.CCM Medical College, Durg The fees is around 43-45 lakhs

3. Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur The fees is around 27 lakhs

4. Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore The fees is around 1.5 lakhs

5. Sri Aurobindo Medical College, Indore The fees is around 6-8 lakhs

Hii Aspirant

Iam sorry to say this but i think it would be difficult to get into KIMS with this score if you belong to UR else if you belong to reserved category then you have chances of getting admitted.

Hope the details were helpful

Thank You

Hey,

You need to mention the name of the college you wish to seek admission as it is not at all clear from your question. And the marks you have secured is really low and thus you have no chances of getting admission in a government college for MBBS course. Also getting a private college for MBBS will be really tough with this marks. You can look up for Management quota seats only.

All the best

Hey,

With this marks it might get difficult for you to get admission in KIMS Bangalore even though you are from SC category. You would require a minimum of 450+ to get a MBBS seat there. You can try for BDS in that college. Or you can wait for the results of second and third counsellings.

All the best
