• Candidates must first qualify in the Joint Entrance Examination Polytechnic (JEEP) conducted by UBTER Uttarakhand. 

• After successfully passing the JEEP examination, candidates are required to participate in a counselling session for admission. 

• KL Polytechnic admission to diploma courses is based on the candidate’s merit, which is determined during the counselling process. 

• Candidates are required to submit an option form during the counselling process specifying their preferences for diploma courses. 

• If a candidate does not secure a seat in the first round of counselling, they have the opportunity to apply for the second round. 

• If a candidate is allotted a seat in either the first or second round of counselling, they must report to the institution to complete the admission process.
