It would had been better if you had mentioned your category, since the cutoffs for vary for each category. It is difficult to predict the exact college. BDS cutoffs are generally lower than that of MBBS. Based upon your marks you may have chances of private colleges in Delhi, which is your domicile.

Hello Aspirant;
In European Universities, No GRE . They focus mainly on the Undergraduate Score and then comes GRE. Most universities don't require GRE score submitted with the application.
However, the universities of United States need GRE. The score around 320 - 330 is considered as a safe score.
If you are a CBSE board student then TOFEL is not mandatory for you. But if you don't then you have to write TOFEL.
