I chose this course because I have a strong interest in management and leadership, and I want to build a career in the corporate sector or HR field. The quality of teaching is good. Most of the faculty members are experienced and supportive. They explain concepts clearly and are approachable for doubts. Some teachers also use practical examples and case studies to enhance understanding, though the use of technology in teaching can still improve. Regarding the curriculum, it covers important topics in management, finance, HR, marketing, and entrepreneurship. While the core subjects are relevant, the syllabus needs more frequent updates to include emerging areas like digital marketing, data analytics, and AI in business. More focus on industry exposure, internships, and skill-based learning would also be beneficial.
