LMITM Lucknow Admission 2025: Dates, Application Form, Courses, Fees & Eligibility

The Lucknow Model Institute of Technology and Management (LMITM) is a top-notch institute in Lucknow that carries a reputation for quality engineering education. LMITM, as approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), conforms to the international standards of technical education.

LMITM Lucknow admissions are through the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnic, popularly called JEECUP. This entrance is very vital for an aspirant to engineering since it involves counseling for admission. Students doing B.Pharma will also have their entrance exam scores taken into consideration by LMITM Lucknow for programmes related to them.

The students that meet the criterion for pursuing an undergraduate engineering programme should have passed their 10+2 examination while meeting the following: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are the compulsory subjects.

The steps that comprise the application process for admission to LMITM include the following:

• JEECUP Registration: The first step for the applicants is to register online on JEECUP's official portal and fill out the online application form to pay the prescribed examination fees for the JEECUP exam.
• JEECUP Examination: The applicants are supposed to take the JEECUP exam on the day set for the examination that will test their knowledge built around Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the 10+2 level.
• Result Declaration: After the test, students must wait for JEECUP to declare the results, usually available on the JEECUP official website.
• Counseling Registration: The next step for the eligibility candidates is to register for counseling processes where the choice of colleges and courses is also included.
• Document Verification: Candidates whose names appeared in the merit list will possibly be asked to present the required documents for verification.
• Seat Allotment: Seats will be allocated on the grounds of the applicant's performance in the JEECUP and choices made in his or her counseling.

LMITM, therefore, has a total approved intake of 210 students for all these B.Tech programmes. The respective B.Tech programmes along with their intake details are given below:

• B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering: 30
• B.Tech in Information Technology and Engineering: 30
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering: 30
• B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering: 30
• B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 30

Candidates qualifying through the JEECUP space must attend the counseling process for obtaining the admission to the above programmes. Usually, the minimum merit requirement for B.Tech programmes considers that a candidate must secure 50% (45% for the reserved category) marks in the qualifying examination on the 10+2 level compulsory subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
