Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Mahendra Engineering College, Namakkal recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

Admission Details

We admit all the students under government quota allotted through single window counselling by Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA).
We admit the students under management quota based on the rank list published by the Association of Management of Coimbatore Anna University Affiliated Colleges.

BE/BTech Degree Programme - Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry)

We admit all students under government quota allotted through single window counselling by DOTE - Direct II Year Engineering Admissions.
We admit the students under management quota based on the overall percentage of marks obtained by a student from 1st Semester to 6th Semester in the full time Diploma (10+3 / 12+2) examination / B.Sc. with Mathematics at degree level or higher secondary level.

College Infrastructure

Good Wi-Fi facility in a hotel, but you have to register your laptop then only you can access the internet facility within the time of access. Medium lab facility. Very good medical facilities. The participation in games and sports is low because less sports materials. My rating as follows, Food: 7/10, Hostel room: 9/10, Infrastructure: 7.5/10, Library: 9/10, Labs: 5/10.

My college is Engineering college. It is right opportunity to expose my opinion on my college. Mahendra Engineering college is located in Tiruchengode, Namakkal. The infrastructure of my college includes Library, classrooms, laboratories. The living spaces are nice.

College Infrastructure

I am a hostel student. The hostel facility is also good enough and it has a deluxe room where 4 can stay in it with an attached bathroom. Another one is standard where 8 students can stay with separate bathrooms and 24-hour water supply. The hostel mess is available where we can pay Rs. 3,650 per month.
