Mahendra Engineering College, Namakkal Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

MEC Namakkal offers admissions to its undergraduate and postgraduate courses through the counselling window for candidates qualified in the entrance exam. MEC UG admissions are done through the TNEA entrance exam, followed by TNEA counselling for the B.E/ B.Tech courses at UG level. MEC PG admissions are granted through TANCET/ GATE entrance exam followed by TANCA counselling to the M.E courses.

For MEC admissions to MBA and MCA courses, candidates have to participate in the counselling conducted by DOTE & DOCE. Seat allocation will be done based on the counselling round and entrance test scores after that, candidates may confirm their seats for Mahendra Engineering College Namakkal admissions by getting their documents verified and paying the MEC course fees.

• Eligible candidates may register on the MEC admissions portal.

• Candidates have to appear for TNEA and obtain a decent rank,

• MEC cutoffs will be released after the TNEA results are announced.

• Candidates meeting the cutoff ranks may participate in the TNEA counselling round.

• Mahendra Engineering College Namakkal has to be selected as the first preference by the candidates during choice fillings.

• Seats will be allotted based on filled choices and TNEA scores of the candidates.

• Candidates may confirm their seats at the MEC campus by verifying their documents and paying the B.E/ B.Tech course fees.

MEC Namakkal M.E/ M.Tech Admissions Process 2025

• Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria and register through the MEC admissions portal,

• Candidates will be required to qualify in TANCET and obtain a decent rank,

• Candidates with a valid GATE score do not have to qualify in the entrance test,

• MEC cutoffs will be released separately for both TANCET and GATE,

• Candidates meeting the cutoff ranks may participate in the TANCA counselling round,

• Candidates must select Mahendra Engineering College Namakkal as their preferred college the during choice fillings,

• Seats will be allotted based on filled choices and scores of entrance tests of the candidates,

• Candidates may confirm their seats by visiting the MEC campus and verifying their documents followed by payment of the M.E/ M.Tech course fees.

MEC Namakkal MBA/ MCA Admissions Process 2025

• Candidates must check the eligibility criteria for the courses,

• MEC MBA/ MCA admissions are granted through the counselling round conducted by DOTE & DOCE, Chennai - Tamil Nadu.

• Candidates may register themselves on the official website and fill in the application form,  

• Lastly, candidates must visit the  MEC campus and verify their documents to complete the MEC admission process for MBA and MCA courses.

• 10+2 mark sheets and certificates

• Bachelor’s degree certificate (for MEC PG admissions 2025)
