48 MonthsBachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram.
Academic: -Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an examination recognized / equivalent thereto.
Minimum marks: - As stipulated by the Govt. of Kerala.
Should have qualified in the Engineering Entrance examination (KEAM) conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations of Govt. of Kerala or KEE conducted by KSFECMA.
Nationality: -candidates must be citizens of India.

NRI Quota - Five percent (5%) of seats within the “Approved Intake” shall be allowed for admission under the NRI category. The candidate seeking admission under this category needs not participate in the entrance examination conducted by KEAM/KEE etc.
Lateral Entry - Additional 20% of seats are available in the third semester for diploma holders, to be filled by Government and Management in the ratio of 50:50.
