The college has A senior Medical Officer who is available six days a week, daily during evening hours on campus to provide medical consultation to students and staff. The Medical Officer also dispenses medicines free of cost for common ailments. In addition, the Institute provides 24-hour ambulance services in case of emergency only. The college has central library is an essential component of the educational mission. The library has a well-rounded collection of 122432 volumes of books divided into 14190 titles. These include textbooks, foundation books, and books on subsidiary readings. The Library has a carpet area of about 1594.64 square meters and is capable of accommodating 470 students at a time to carry out any kind of academic activity, such as reading books and journals. The library has a wide collection of the latest books and journals, and CD-ROMs in the field of Biotechnology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Humanities, and Social Sciences. It subscribes to various national and international journals in print,t besides a large number of e-journals through IEEE, Springer, ASME, ASCE, J-Gate, EBSCO, Bentham, Nature, and Scientific American. The college has sports facilities for all students.
The college has over 1500 I3, Core 2 Duo, Dual-Core, Pentium D of branded companies (HP, Dell, and Acer) arranged in 44 separate labs for MBA, MCA, M.Tech, M. Pharma, B.Tech, and B.Pharma students, and three Computer Centers well equipped with IBM and HP High-End Servers. The MIET computer center is well equipped with the latest Hardware and Software technology. All labs in the Institute are on a structured LAN and secured with the Firewall security system. The institute also has an R&D Network Lab with 15 enterprise HP workstations for fast data processing. Internet facility is available to students through a dedicated leased line of 42 Mbps with an optical fiber backbone. The campus is WiFi-enabled. The Main Computer Lab remains open for 2 hours after the institute timings for the use of computers and the internet for students.
The college has a canteen that provides nourishing refreshments like snacks, tea, cold drinks, coffee, fast food, and lunch. The college also has an exclusive “Amul Parlour” to refresh students with a variety of hygienic Amul Products.

The college has a bus facility for students and staff covering almost all parts of Meerut and its neighboring areas. 27 buses run daily to facilitate students. The college has bus services from Anand Vihar (via Mohan Nagar and Ghaziabad), Muzaffarnagar (via Khutauli), and Sadhana. A fee has to be paid in one installment in advance at the beginning of the session. The details of the bus services of different routes are placed on all notice boards of the institute. Students have to deposit the bus fee at the account counter and fill up a form available in the registrar's office with a copy of the bus fee receipt at the start of the session at the time of admission or registration. There is no provision to pay the bus fee in installments.

The college has Shoppe stocks notebooks, stationery, and other items required by students during the course of their studies. It also provides photocopying, printing, and binding facilities. Department of Postal & Telegraph, India has established an independent post office in the Campus named Post Office with its Pin Code 250005 at the left of the gate, including all the postal facilities.

The College campus provides residential facilities for its faculty members who are from far-flung areas. There are 32 Nos. of 2-BHK family quarters for faculty members. Lecture halls are airy, orderly, and fitted with smart teaching facilities. The knowledge center is resource-rich, providing access to technical textbooks, research material, and digital databases for in-depth study.
In terms of infrastructure, MIET has a decent setup. Classrooms are spacious and comfortable. The library is large with enough sitting space and good availability of books. Labs for different departments are there, but for management specifically, more practical exposure could be added.
