Candidates from Science and Technology backgrounds seeking admission to the PhD Programme, whether full-time or part-time, shall have to possess the requisite percentage of marks/ grade point average in the qualifying examination. + For candidates with M.Sc. qualification: The required minimum qualification for admission to a PhD programme shall be a two-year Master’s or M.Phil degree in the relevant field. + She/ he must have obtained either a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent Grade in the M.Phil. degree or in the Master’s Degree (for all disciplines except Engineering and Technology). In addition, overall 60% at all academic levels will be desirable. For candidates with M.Tech./B.Tech. qualification: Applicants with M. Tech/ B.Tech/ M.E/ M.S. qualification in relevant disciplines with excellent academic records with minimum CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale or equivalent or 60% marks and with 60% aggregate in Xth, XIIth and B.Tech. /B.E. will be considered eligible for admission to PhD Programmes. Academics
Their knowledge and research topics were very impressive.The Ratio was adequate. All courses were up to date and progressed with newer research. Teaching techniques vary with teachers. Reading of research papers are also encouraged.faculty is being friendly with us.
College Infra
A hospital is available in campus.Labs and classrooms were amazing. Hostel rooms were a bit small but adequate. Dual rooms in the first year were more entertaining to be honest.Food Is not bad . sometimes it's average.
Campus Life
Life in campus was best.
Placements
The placement rate is very high above 70%. Some students got above 1 crore per annum packages. Most of the biggest tech giants visit here and offer very high packages.Recruiters are from top mnc's. Placement cell in our college is very cooperative with the students.
Value For Money
College is value for money.

The curriculum is multi disciplinary and well updated accordingly to the current demands.The teaching staff is quite helpful.The academics in majorly focused on practical and project based learning rather than theoretical learning.
College Infra
The Facilities at mit SBSR are one of it's major highlights.There are well maintained and well equipped labs for a variety of subjects.The sports facilities at the campus are one of the best in the state with centres for almost all sports.
Placements
The college is still quite new and therefore the placement situation has room for improvement right now.Also there is a compulsory internship of 6 months/1 year depending on your course which the college helps you to get at any related industry or research institute.
