B.Com - Batch of 2029-01-01
Academics
I am studying BCOM because I wanted a basic understanding of accounting finance and business. The teaching quality is mixed. Some professors are genuinely good and approachable, but a few classes can feel very theory based. I would have liked more practical projects, industry exposure and skill- based learning.
College Infra
Mithibai has decent infrastructure but the campus can feel overcrowded, especially during busy hours. Classrooms and basic facilities are adequate, but some areas could be maintained better. The limited space is also noticeable, particularly when students want to sit and spend time between lectures.
Campus Life
Campus life can be enjoyable because there are many events, fests and student activities, but the limited space and crowded environment can sometimes become frustrating. The student crowd is diverse, while faculty experiences vary. The Ville parli location is convenient and well connected by trains, busses, autos and cabs.
Placements
Placements at Mithibai are average from my experience. There are opportunities, but getting a good role depends heavily on individual skills and preparation. The college does provide placement assistance, although I feel there could be more companies and better opportunities specifically for regular BCom students.
Value For Money
The fees are not extremely high, but I feel the overall experience could offer more for the money. the college name and location are definite advantages, but infrastructure, practical learning and placement opportunities could be better. I would suggest comparing the fees and facilities with other colleges before choosing it.

B.Com - Batch of 2029-01-01
Academics
I am pursuing B.com because I wanted a strong foundation in accounting, finance and business before deciding on a specific career path. The teaching is good and most professors are knowledgeable and approachable. The curriculum has also become more flexible and updated, although students need to develop practical skills alongside academics.
College Infra
Mithibai has a well-maintained campus with good classrooms, a library, computer labs and facilities for extracurricular activities. The infrastructure is modern enough for regular academic needs and most facilities are properly maintained. The campus can get crowded at times, but overall environment clean and comfortable
Campus Life
Campus life at mithibai is quite active and there is always something happening through fests, clubs, competitions and student activities. The crowd is diverse and meeting different people is one of the best parts. The location is Vile Parle is convenient and well connected, although the campus can feel crowded during busy hours.
Placements
The placement opportunities at mithibai are quite good for a commerce college, with companies from finance, consulting and other sectors visiting. The placement cell also provides training and internship opportunities. Average packages are generally around ₹5-6 LPA, but they vary by role and student profile. The college provides useful support during placements.
Value For Money
For a regular B.com student, Mithibai offers good value for money because the fees are relatively affordable compared with many private colleges. You get a recognised college name, experienced faculty, events and placement opportunities without paying extremely high fees. I feel the overall exposure makes the course worth the cost.

Academics
The academics side is outstanding. The faculties are well aware of the new innovative things happening in their respective field. They are always ready to guide the students and help them have a better career.
College Infra

All the top companies like Zepto, Uber, Accenture come for the placement rounds. The placement cell is outstanding too. They regularly organise seminars with industry leaders so that the students are well prepared for the future.
