Modern Institute of Business Management, Pune Admission Process
Eligible candidates wishing to get admission at MIBM, Pune must follow the below mentioned steps.
Step 1: Entrance exam application: Eligible candidates need to submit an online application form MAH-MBA/ MMS-CET/ CAT/ CMAT entrance exam. Candidates need to appear in any of these entrance exams and secure a non-zero score.
Step 2: Report at Facilitation Centre (FC)
i. After the declaration of the entrance exam result, candidates need to visit the Facilitation Centre (FC) for document verification. The list of Facilitation Centers is made available on the State CET Cell, Maharashtra State website.
ii. Candidates need to complete the online application form and upload necessary documents ensuring all the details are accurately filled following the provided instructions.

Iii. Candidates need to upload scanned copies of the required original documents as specified for admission during the online application process.
iv. After completing the application and verifying the entered data, candidates must take a printout of the form, sign it, and submit it.
Step 3: Merit list: The authority displays a provisional merit list and candidates can address any grievances through the prescribed method established by the Competent Authority. Following this, the final merit list is published.
Step 4: Filling of option form: Candidates are required to complete and confirm the online option form, indicating their preferred courses and institutions before the respective CAP Rounds.
Step 5: Reporting at ARC:
i. The authority releases the provisional allotment for each CAP Round, indicating the allocated institute and course, will be posted.
ii. Reporting: Candidates must report to the Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) within the specified schedule set by the Competent Authority. At the ARC, candidates need to accept the offered seat following the guidelines provided by the Competent Authority. They can also rectify any errors as per the prescribed procedure.
Step 6: Reporting to allocated college: Following the ARC reporting, candidates are required to report to the allocated institute to secure admission for the allotted seat, in accordance with the final allotment made during the CAP rounds.

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has extended the last date of MBA admission from July 31 to August 10. The last date of seat cancellation and fee refund has been extended to August 5. The AICTE has also extended the late date of admission against vacancies from August 31 to September 15. However, there is no change in the date of commencement of 2020 academic session. It is scheduled on August 1, 2020.
