Management quota fee depends on in which college and in which branch you want to take admission.
Every college have different fee structure.
Some colleges take 1 lakhs rupees per year as a donation and some 75000 rupees per year.

Sir ; I got 560 marks in Neet 2019 Can I hope admission in Madras medical college and OBC from AP.

According to previous year cut off of this college under all India quota the cut off is 599.( no obc category in AIQ)

You didn't mention your category, state of domicile ,without these I can't help you but yes one thing is for sure if you are from general category then with 300 marks you can't get a seat in Government Medical College even under the state.

The favourable factor for you that you belongs to karnataka. So, chances to get admission in MBBS is difficult but you can get other different courses in MS romaiah.
