It is very difficult to get MS ramaih medical college
12588 was the cutoff rank for getting mbbs seat.
You can however apply to deemed universities of maharashtra where you will have better chances of getting a seat.
Sorry to say but chances are low.however cuttoff marks do change every year. please check out this link
