There are 5 boys’ hostels on the medical campus, apart from one boys' hostel and one girls’ hostel on the engineering college campus, providing accommodation to over 4000 students within the campus.

The college central library functions round the clock for the benefit of the students, the faculties, and the research scholars. The central library is unique in North Karnataka, equipped with modern technology, and provides various library services of international standards. The library has open access, with the latest automation facilities for hassle-free transactions and separate reading rooms for undergraduate, postgraduate, and faculty members, a stacking room with a capacity of more than one lakh books, digital libraries, media libraries, and three conference halls. 

The college To endorse excellence in sports and provide organized recreation and activity, an outdoor & indoor sports center has been constructed and equipped with a Volleyball, cricket ground, badminton courts, basketball court, table tennis, and carom board with indoor lighting facility.

The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college food court kitchen is equipped with highly sophisticated cooking equipment and a central gas and air exhaust system. The ambiance of the food court is extremely upbeat with food themes, colorful interiors, hangout zones, a garden, and a 350-seater open-air amphitheater. This Food Court complex has three tuck shops serving fresh juices, tea, a variety of snacks, and bakery items. Out of these, one is dedicated to Axis Bank ATM, for the convenience of the students and employees of Navodaya. Also, there is a party hall situated on the first floor of the food court to organize small parties and get-togethers.
