Nigam Institute of Engineering and Technology (NIET), Baramunda, is among the top engineering colleges in Odisha. NIET Baramunda admission process is more or less on an academic year basis, and most of the courses begin in August-September. NIET Baramunda B.Tech Admission Process

There are eight B.Tech courses at NIET, which are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Automobile Engineering. Each of the courses has an intake of 60 students. NIET Baramunda admission process is on the basis of JEE Main or OJEE marks, according to the guidelines published by the Government of Odisha.

NIET Baramunda M.Tech Admission Process

There are two courses of M.Tech offered at the institute, i.e., Thermal Engineering and Power Electronics and Drives, having the intake capacity of 18 students per course. NIET Baramunda admission process is done through OJEE according to the rules of the Odisha government. The candidates should have a relevant BE/B.Tech degree to be considered for admission in these courses.

NIET Baramunda Diploma Admission Process

NIET offers five Diploma programmes in Metallurgical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering with an intake of 60 students per programme.
