On Mar 7, 2025 NMIT hosted the 2nd conference on AI, ML, and Emerging Tech.
The college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The facilities in the classrooms , laboratories, sport centres are all good. The facilities provided in the college are also great.
I am studying in aeronautical engineering and I have choosen this because of interest in aero. The quality of teaching is actually good and the curriculum includes all the current trends of the industry.
The placements of this college are not so great. The companies that come to this college for placements are mostly Japanese companies or the mass recruiting companies.I wish there is a good placement strategy here.
My course cost per year is 86k and I would say I am feeling the worth of my money through this course because the teaching staff are great and are really helpful in clarifying the doubts and helping with the projects.
Campus Life is not so great in this college as this college only conducts one feasta year which is not so helpful for the college students to enjoy the campus Life.I feel even the transportation facilities to go outside the college to enjoy are also not good as the college is the outskirts of the city.
Yes NMIT has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. The college management is even ready to help the students with funds for the equipment, but the infrastructure in college hostel is bad.
I am studying in EEE because of my own interest. The quality of teaching is the best I had ever. The curriculum is updated according to the current trends and includes all the recent developments in the field.
The placements in this college are not that great. The percentage of students placed in the college are just 50%,mostly Japanese companies come to the college and mass recruiting companies only.I hope this should change.
I feel it is value for the money.I joined this college through KCET by which my course cost is 28K so I honestly believe that I am getting my money's worth. But the hostel fees is too high to be maintained.
Campus life is very bad in this college, only one event will be held by the college and the other events are not even discussed which affects my campus life and the transportation from/to the college is very difficult.
Good environment friendly .. greenary every where good it is but little small campus comparatively..but infrastructure wise overall wifi is also good every classroom has separate wifi only in cse department
Good teacher teach well but they concentrate more on academics rather than related thing to placement wise placements points of view is not thought properly. But some subjects is hard to understand as it is hard
Average placements . Placement and training is average as far as my seniors told..but career development centre is trying their best to support us with training but the trainers are not serious enough
Good...the only thing that annoys me in this college is fee section and examination and academic section...staff working in this three departments are very lazy and make us roam for one little things many times....the results even if you pay fee will have issues they won't announce the results properly
Campus life is good as there is good infrastructure but there is more peer pressure and academic pressure as they are not giving any free time to students even though u have less subjects in your semister you should be in college till 4pm
It has the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment.our college has classrooms , laboratories, library , sports playground and centre and hostels.but also needs some more amenities for the laboratories, aeronautics and mechanical based.
I'm studying b.e in computer science engineering branch currently in 3rd year.quality of teaching is not so good.it needs improvement and practical knowledge.they just run behind marks and attendance without supporting the actual skill set
Placements is not happening in a good way as we expected.only 30-60% of students are getting placed.average salary offered with 7-8 lpa.our college placement process is being going on , they are making changes.
No value for the money we paid , which was around 83k.they want us to be paid at the beginning of the sem only.it is hard for some of them , which is not understood.it should provide even more good teachers and trainers.
It's good.we engage ourselves in many extra curricular activities through organising and conducting hackathon , workshops and tech fairs.college fest happens every year is also a good source of entertainment.
NMIT has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment required for all the years of students. College even helps us get required equipment by giving us funds. The facilities provided by the college are all well-maintained and all the living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic.
I am currently pursuing BE computer science in NMIT.I have chosen this as a part of my own interest after my COMEDK attempt. The quality of teaching is good, not the best because not every teacher could teach perfectly but its good if we attend and listen all the classes.
The quality of the placements is not so good in this college. The percentage of the students got placed are 100%.Even though mostly all get placed it would be in the mass recruiting companies only and some of them choose higher studies above that.
As I have got into this college through COMEDK, for CSE it costs 2 lakhs and above. But this changes for each department and the course cost is not same for KCET students. For the students who got into this college through management the course cost right now is 6 lakhs.
Campus life honestly in this college is bad, as there not many events organized. Only one event is being organized by this college every year, I feel there should have been more events so that students could interact with many people and could connect and enjoy their college life.
The college infrastructure is good. They have verity of facilities which are required for good knowledge of subject and also have one of best infrastructure in bangalore of aeronautics department. They also a flight simulation for students.
According to my observations they more oriented towards academics and attendance. They will never easily let you do any thing except classes. Sometimes they threatens for attendance as well. Yeah they also have bit old academic curriculum which don't satisfy current requirements of industries.
Placement of this college is near to average. The percentage of students place is good , near to 90% but the average placement is near 7 LPA. Number of companies coming for placement in this compass is high, almost more 200+ companies comes every year.
Very good facilities for both academic and curriculum students.ItVery good faculty and they are very help ful and very good teaching faculty they solve the problem very helpful for the academic year they teach very well students are capable of learning all the new technology that are available
Very good faculty and they are very help ful and very good teaching faculty they solve the problem very helpful for the academic year they teach very well students are capable of learning all the new technology that are available
Now placement are dropped due to recession Very good faculty and they are very help ful and very good teaching faculty they solve the problem very helpful for the academic year they teach very well students are capable of learning all the new technology that are available
Yes
Very good campus eco friendly
Very good college
Yes it has all the required necessary infrastructure and the equipment is also available for the students at all times and the class and the labs are well maintained as well and wifi is available through out campus and the living safe is very hygiene and clean.
I studied Aeronautical Engineering since I was very interested in the field. The curriculum in our college had all up to date developments and hands on experience in various aspects related to it. This makes every candidate job ready
There have been a decent amount of companies coming for campus placements throughout the final year. About 70-80% of candidates get placed and the highest salary offered was about 20LPA as I'm informed..
My course cost me around 90,000 Rupees a year and I would say the fee structure is not overly expensive. They also offer scholarships for outstanding/sports/merit students which is a very good initiative to support extra curricular activities
We have one of the best campuses in the city from amphitheatres to music rooms and sports facilities to canteens. The students can make full use of all the amenities present in the campus. Very supportive faculty and staff
The infrastructure is sufficient enough. But I would say it requires more work considering the current market of engineering colleges. Even the hostels are pretty dirty. The canteen for the hostelites provided disgusting food which often ruined the students appetite
In terms of curriculum and the academic during my tenure there, the college did provide ample opportunities to learn and develop our skills. All the professors were well trained and made sure to help us achieve our goals
A lot of MNCs usually hog all the students and a few get into the really good companies which have a good package. The MNCs do offer the least packages. The number of big companies coming there are comparatively lesser.
Considering how other colleges charge the students, nitte was a very reasonable college in terms of value for money. Except for the bus fees which is a bit too much, the rest of the fees do make sense for a college of this standard.
During the mid year, they organise a fest called anaadyanta which is the highlight of the campus life. They organise events, games and also host famous celebrities who often come and perform. This is a experience which is worth it.
I had a fun time in the college. While I focussed on my studies, the extra curricular activities also balanced my college life. The fest and other cultural teams in the college are a nice addition to the college life.
Collage has good infrastructure. It has 4 blocks seperate for engineering, fashon technology, architecture and management studies. Hostel facility is also provided by collage in campus. mess is bad here as they provide same routine food for 365 days
Acadmics is also good. Curriculum is updated every year. Being autonomous is good advantage for students studying here as it first in changing the curriculum according to need of the industry. Collage has also good record in research.
Placement also good here. Many faang companies visits here like microsoft, amazon, nuclei, nucleus, tcs, infosis . Collage proite internship opportunity by collabrating with many mnc's.overall placement of this collage is aweaome
Expensive for the studenta who took admission from COMEDK . They takes 8 times more fees as compared with KCET stidents
Campus life is average as collage is much far from city. Sometime you find no ola, uber, auto to go from the campus. Collage is situated interrior of bangalore
Overall collage is pretty good
If you gain admission to Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT) through the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET), you can expect to pay around 106,745 to 108,245 per year, depending on your state of origin (Karnataka or non-Karnataka).
This fee covers tuition for a B.E. program. For a Computer Scien.ce Engineering (CSE) degree, the total fee for the four-year program can range from 14,00,000.
Hope it helps!!
