48 MonthsB.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering (Advanced Communication Technology) {B.Tech in ECE (ACT)} is an AICTE approved programme focusing on ‘Skilling India for Next Generation Telecom Technologies’. This programme is a specialization in Electronics and Communication Engineering with an emphasis on Data Communication and Telecommunication technologies. This is to provide expertise to those students who seek specialization in Device-to-Device Communication and Next-Gen Telecommunication standards.
The main focus of the ECE (ACT) programme is on Communication Networks, Embedded Systems, Digital Signal Processing, 5G, WiFi 6, IoT, Network Security, Information Technology and Advanced Communication Technologies. The course also covers foundation subjects in Computer Science, Programming and Application development. A strong emphasis is placed throughout the course on developing the practical skills and on the in-depth knowledge that are required by today’s industries.
Eligibility Criteria
- A pass in the 12th standard or equivalent examination with not less than 45% marks as an aggregate in the optional subjects of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computers/Electronics, with English being one of the languages of study.
- The candidate should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission.
Admission Details
Candidates who have passed Class 12 in India, fall under General Category. Admission to Engineering program under General Category is based on merit in the All India Entrance Test - NUCAT (Nitte University Common Admission Test).

Campus stuff is super important for learning, you know? Nice buildings and good spaces make school way better. Having new tech and comfy places to study really helps. A cool campus makes everyone feel like they belong, which is great for students and teachers.

College Infrastructure
I think the campus is pretty nice! The buildings are well-maintained and classrooms feel comfortable. The library is a great place to study, always quiet and peaceful. Plus, the sports facilities are a huge bonus. Overall, I'm really happy with the infrastructure.
