As of now its quite tough to say because each year the cutoff of colleges changes due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper,previous year trends etc but based on previous years trends 121 marks in neet cannot fetch you a seat in medical colleges of India.You need atleast 400+ to fetch a seat in good college.you can refer to the following : NEET College Predictor 2021 - Predict Colleges based on your Rank

• Number of applicants in NEET exam

If you are from Unreserved category it's impossible to get admission through neet counseling in any of the courses. As neet cutoff for general category students is 147. If you can apply for management quota then you could have some opportunities to get admission in any private institutions. But getting any government BAMS College through this score is completely impossible.
