• Getting all documents prepared: Gather all the documents a person needs, most importantly:
• Counselling process: attend counselling process if any to be conducted by the admission authority of State engineering colleges,
• Seat allotment: After allotting the seat in PIGCE, Nagpur confirms the allotted seat within a given timeframe.
• Document verification: Report as scheduled by the College administration for Physical verification of document,
• Payment of Fees: Finally payment and completion of formalities and joining the Institution.
• Orientation: Start their college's orientation process, which familiarises the students with the place and the academic requirements.

Programmes in various disciplines i.e. B.E in Computer Science and Engineering, BE Electronics and Communication Engineering, BE Civil Engineering, BE Electrical Engineering and BE Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Engineering.
