PVGCOET Pune Admission 2026: Dates, Fees, Eligibility, Cutoff & Application Form

PVGs College of Engineering and Technology and GK Pate Wani Institute of Management Pune offers admissions for 7 Undergraduate, 3 Postgraduate, and 3 Doctoral programmes. PVGCOET admissions to B.Tech programmes are offered through CAP rounds as per the norms published by the SCET Cell, Govt. of Maharashtra, based on JEE Main or MHT-CET scores. 

• PVGCOET admissions are granted based on entrance examination scores.
• PVGCOET entrance exam accepted are MHT CET/JEE Main/GATE/MAH MBA CET.
• PVGCOET Pune MBA admission is based on the MAH MBA CET score.
• MAH MBA CET 2026 is scheduled to be conducted from April 21 to April 26, 2026.

PVGCOET admissions for M.Tech courses are made through CAP rounds based on GATE scores. PVGCOET admissions for Ph.D programme is based on performance in the common entrance test and interview administered by Savitribai Phule Pune University. The eligible candidates can apply for admission to PVGCOET Pune for the desired course. 

To get admission in PVGCOET, candidates must qualify the relevant entrance examination depending on the course. MHT CET or JEE Main is accepted for BE, GATE for ME, MAH MBA CET for MBA, and an entrance examination conducted by PVGCOET for PhD programmes.

PVGCOET BE Admission Procedure

• The candidates must appear for the MHT CET/JEE Main examination to be eligible for PVGCOET admissions to BE courses.

• Candidates need to sign up using a valid email at the student login tab of the college website. 

• The candidate applying for PVGCOET admissions should get registered for the Centralised Admission Procedure (CAP).

• The candidates will be shortlisted for PVGCOET admissions based on the scores obtained in the entrance examination.

• The final selected candidates will be informed about seat allotment through a registered phone number or email ID.

• The candidate should submit the necessary documents without fail to the PVGCOET admission committee.

• To complete the PVGCOET admission procedure, the candidate should pay the course fee to freeze the seat.

• Candidates must take the GATE examination and secure a valid score in it before applying for PVGCOET admissions.

• The shortlisted candidate must attend the PVGCOET admission counselling process.

• The candidates will be shortlisted for PVGCOET admissions based on the scores obtained in the MAH MBA CET examination.
