The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. P.H.C. is situated adjacent to the college campus to meet any health-related casualty.

The college has a library facility for all students. The central library of CAT is located on the 1st floor of the Administrative Block of the institution. It comprises a Stock Room, Reading Room, Periodical Section, And Book Bank (Lending Library). The library has a collection of around 50,000 books including textbooks and reference books for Polytechnic. The Library has also been procuring Magazines, Local and National Newspapers to keep the students and staff abreast of the information in and around the world. These magazines are basically meant for various competitive examinations conducted by various Govt. and Public sector organizations. To keep the job seekers at ease, the library procures The library issues at least 05 books to each and every student of RKCAT(Polytechnic) in special circumstances it may issue up to 10 books. The students are allowed to keep these books for one semester fully. Moreover, the students and staff may issue an unlimited number of books and magazines to read in the Reading room of the library for which the students are required to produce their Library Card.

The college promotes games and sports among its students to keep them physically and mentally healthy. The institution has a sports ground and a trainer to train the students. It organizes Annual Sports every year. Besides interdepartmental competitions in Cricket, Football, Carom, Chess, Badminton, Volley Ball, etc. are organized every year. The students do participate in BPUT organized Sports regularly. The institution has also hosted university level Foot Ball and Cricket Competitions. The college Football team has also remained Champion in the district-level tournaments.

The air-conditioned computer laboratory is fully networked with its required software as needed. V.S.A.T linkage has been in the pipeline for extending communication to the scientific programs.
