Overall college infrastructure is good..specially in the new building classrooms are very spacious. Furniture is also quite satisfactory. Labs, sports ground, library is also good. Special facility of girls common room is also there
Ramjas is one of the premier institutions of India. Academics here is good..received NAAC A accreditation. It is very famous for political science honors..faculty is also good and satisfactory overall
Placements in ramjas are also good ..separate placement and consulting society has been set up to help for the placements..the records have been satisfactory..good recruiters and nice packages are achieved
100% value for money..with a very reasonable fee structure the college is absolutely a value for money..political Science hons fees for one year is just around ₹14,000 which is cannot be compared to any college of india
Great exposure..campus life is fun and best of all are the different societies which help you to engage in different activities and hobbies other than academics..good location and worth the DU hype!!!
The infrastructure of Ramjas college is quite good......though it can't be said to be best but it's pretty good...after the NAAC visit a lot of improvement has happened to the college in terms of its infrastructure.
Academics of the college is quite good. But It depends more on the department you are enrolled in and the faculty of the department. Being from Political Science dept., I can say that faculty has all types of teachers, some are well seasoned and build the interest as well as foundation in subjects but this is not true for all ..you might be depending on yourself for academics.
Not clear about placements as I am from political science but it's pretty good I guess. The placements are ofcourse not as good as top elite colleges but given it's a North campus college you'll get a decent placement for sure
Ramajas is indeed providing value for your money. The quality of education, infrastructure and exposure you are getting for a worth of 14,000 is obviously amazing when you compare to counterpart private or other universities.
Campus life is indeed very happening at Ramjas. You'll get a lot of exposure and also there are so many opportunities available in campus for building your confidence, your skills and to work as per your interest. Also, there is such diverse crowd you'll get to interact with a lot of people and learn a lot of new things.
Well the college is big for sure, but there are only about 5 to 6 fans in a classroom, and the classroom is very big. Especially in summers when the temperature reaches very high, it's very difficult to sit in the class. There should be ACs in the class, considering the temperature in Delhi during summers. Library is good, but it can be more organised and neat and clean. Coming to wifi, it's average, we have wifi in the library only, as far as I know.
I am doing Political Science honours, as I have keen interest in this subject. The faculty is Okie sh type. Some professors are too good, while others lack a bit. They have a lot of knowledge, no doubt, but I guess we as students are not able to grasp that because of there teaching style. I think what I am studying is like making me ready for my future job.
Well, frankly speaking I don't know much about it. My course is political science honours and I have no idea about placements and all. But I have heard from my seniors of different courses that placements do take place, but I have no concrete information about it.
My college fee for the entire year is around 14k, my course is political science honours, well a demanding course. I kinda think my, will my parents money is about average worth it. The infrastructure could have improved a lot and the teaching pattern also could have been much better.
Well campus life is good. Our college is huge. We have library, for emergencies we have a small ward kinda thing. We have two big grounds, have a volleyball court and a basketball court. The world part is we have badminton competition in our college, but we have an open court for it. Like who plays badminton outdoor?? The location is pretty safe, we have other colleges like KMC and and all near by.
Best infrastructure in north campus. The new building holds ample of classroom capability. The college Library is not only air conditioned but bostes of having the highest number of books that keeps on increasing. Departments also have department libraries.
The best faculty, extremely experienced and friendly. They've undertaken several research projects. Guide PhD and MPhil students under them. Have open mindset and extremely cooperative. Beyond this the college has several programs which is why students get ample of subjects combinations.
Placements in commerce and science courses are higher and in humanities the same is mostly restricted to policy think tanks and niti ayog and other avenues include media and news portals. The college brings in several opportunities beyond this.
Cheapest in the north campus
The best in north campus due to it's inclusive principles and legacy of freedom struggle
Infrastructure of the college is good. Recently new buildings are built which are amazing. A big playground for football is there ,even volleyball court. Free Wifi is available in the campus. Library is also very spacious with many books.
Faculty of our course bsc(hons) chemistry is average. Commerce and arts faculty are much better. Our teachers are well qualified but they don't know how to teach, I don't understand many topics. Few teachers are helpful throughout the semester.
Placement is good for economics student. Only few Chemistry students get placed. Around 20-30% got placement last year. Average package size is 3 lpa ,the highest was 9.6 lpa last year. You will get some assistance from the placement cell
College has a Great infrastructure. The biggest campus! Loved it. Totally recommended. You should definitely consider this as an option. The college campus Includes every basic facility required by a student.
The college offers rigorous academics with knowledgeable professors, diverse courses, and excellent resources. Engaging classes and strong support services enhance the learning experience for all students.
The college placements were well-organized, featuring top companies, informative sessions, and supportive staff. High placement rates and diverse opportunities made it a successful and enriching experience for students.
The college provides excellent value for money with quality education, experienced faculty, and comprehensive facilities. High placement rates and extensive resources justify the investment in tuition and fees.
College campus life is vibrant and diverse, with numerous clubs, events, and activities. Excellent facilities, a supportive community, and beautiful surroundings create a fulfilling and engaging student experience
Ramjas College one of the prestigious college of delhi university provides great facilities to the students. The college has all the facilities which is needed for the growth of a student from fully air conditioned libraries to best classroms. The hygiene is also up to the mark.
The course which I am studying currently is the best course provided by the college. Teacher's apart from the curriculum also provide different lenses to view the society which helps in to the growth of the student.
College also provide really good amount of placement to the students for their development. The process although is time consuming, but gives the best output in return. The salary which i am aware is vary between 10-12 lpa.
Currently I am paying approximately 15 thousand per annum which is quite satisfactory.
Well the campus life is one of the best part about this college. It never fails to disappoint student's. College also engage students in different co curricular activities which help them in improving their skills. The faculty is also very pleasant and helping.
It's all good and fine. It has all the necessary infrastructure everything has been done perfectly. Classes are all well furnished except that they are not air conditioned. It's all spacious environment is also good.
One can opt to whatever he wants, as it focuses on the development of each and everyone. The way of teaching of lectures is also nice, no unwanted behavior can be experienced by one. Everything is well updated.
The college is supportive in every possible means. A lot of people have good placements through it. Salary depends on the package you have got. One can get a well placement through the college. Placement process was quite difficult.
The college is a value for money. The course that I chose was not much expensive. It does not require money but talent. The environment, the infrastructure, the placement, the salary and everything is all worth it.
The college has a lot of extra activities except for studies only. They provide a lot of fields to develop one's talent and passion. It's campus is perfect so far, and the staff too is supportive. Everything is fine.
Ramjas college is one of the reputed colleges of delhi university . It includes various courses including PWD candidates , each and every course has it's own reputed and attentive professors. The infrastructure of ramjas college is also very nice and it is one of the most beautiful college of delhi university. Academics and infrastructure, co-curricular everything is best. The food in canteen is also nice and hygiene.
The academics is also good , labs are there for science students, computers labs are also there. Teachers are friendly and helpful in nature, provide all the resources and materials required. Classes held on regular basis. Attendance system is also there.
Placements of ramjas college is also good . Placements for science and commerce backgrounds are there and the college also include a placement cell where students get notified about everything accordingly.
Ramjas doesn't charge too much money in fees and all. But it's worth paying our fees as it's totally giving value to our money . The amounts we are paying is not too much as ramjas is giving back more than that.
Campus life of ramjas college is really very good. We get to know about new people, gets socialise with each other, it helps in personality development, crowd included both academic and sportsperson people.
Overall it is good. But if you are looking for Ac college then it is not. Otherwise classrooms are quite big but the major problem is network problem. Wifi only works at library. Library is air conditioned and spacious also.
Academics at Ramjas I can say is pretty good. In Political Science department, faculty is quite experienced and are more sincere towards Academics. Other courses also have pretty good teachers. Like other colleges of DU, classes here also get canceled. But choosing Political Science does not make you corporate job ready but it is interesting to study of this diverse field.
Quite Good actually. We have a placement cell as well. Science and Commerce students get a good internship and placement. Telegram channel of the cell also helps students to find internship of their own choice.
Paying my college fees for my course of Political science hons is worth it. The batch mates, seniors are very much knowledgeable. It is fun to interact. Teachers are very experienced, and discuss various things apart from curriculum.
Since my college has various departments, societies (including some of the best like Debating, Dance) it is quite fun to be part of the events organised by them. Everyday you can see something or other thing happening in the college. Campus of college is also pretty big, having huge sports complex, gym, DS lane can be your relaxing spot.
My experience as a fresher was quite good till now. Societies are very much active. Classes Also take place regularly (most of the time). But the major problem here is of network. Having a poor network connection can really piss you off.
