Campus life at Ramjas College is quite vibrant and engaging. Being a part of Delhi University, the college has a lively atmosphere with regular fests, society events, and cultural activities. There are many active societies like dramatics, music, dance, and debate, which provide great exposure. The crowd is diverse and energetic, making it easy to interact and build connections. However, at times events can feel crowded or slightly unorganized. Overall, campus life is enjoyable and offers a good mix of fun and learning.
Academics at Ramjas College are good, with many experienced and knowledgeable faculty members. Most professors are supportive and encourage student participation. The curriculum is relevant and aligned with university standards, though it can sometimes feel a bit theoretical. Some teachers use practical examples and discussions to make classes engaging, while others follow a more traditional approach. Internal assessments and assignments help in continuous evaluation. Overall, the academic experience is strong but could improve with more practical exposure.
Placements at Ramjas College are decent, especially for courses like commerce and economics. The placement cell is active and organizes training sessions, internships, and workshops to prepare students. Several reputed companies visit the campus, and many students secure good opportunities. However, placement results can vary depending on the course, and not all students get placed through campus. Overall, placement support is good but still leaves room for improvement.
Ramjas College offers good value for money, especially considering it is a Delhi University college with relatively low fees. Students get access to quality education, exposure, and opportunities through various societies and events. While there are a few limitations in infrastructure and placements, the overall experience justifies the cost. It is a solid choice for students looking for a well-rounded college experience.
The infrastructure of Ramjas College is good and sufficient for student needs. Classrooms are spacious, and the campus has a classic DU vibe with open spaces and greenery. The library is well-stocked, and basic facilities like labs and sports areas are available. However, some parts of the infrastructure are a bit old and could use modernization. WiFi and other facilities are available but may not always be consistent. Overall, infrastructure is decent with scope for upgrades.
To be very honest I feel the infrastructure of my college is overall good the campus is huge green and well equipped with libraries hostels labs and medical facilities some departments are modern but a few buildings and hostel feel old
Academically and course wise our college do offer avoid variety of courses and academically it is one of the best colleges of North campus academic year is white strong the faculty is knowledgeable and courses are well structured as per DU standards
In the terms of placement opportunities placements here are moderate the placement cell is active but highly paying opportunities are very limited most roles are in marketing sales or content and many students prefer higher studies or skill building along side college
Aur college has a precious campus with a mix of old Heritage buildings and never block facilities like library lapse sports ground and a cute cozy canteen. While our campus had a Delhi University classic some infrastructure feels outdated in requires renovation.
Academically our college ofers avoid range of courses in arts commerce and science the faculty is experienced and knowledgeable though teaching quality can vary across department the curriculum is structured as per DU guidelines with a good focus on conceptual learning.
Placement opportunity here is moderate the placement cell is active and brains companies offering roles in marketing sales content writing an analytics however high paying opportunities are very limited and many student depend on internship.
Infrastructure is full of the vibes , in every corner of the college you will get different vibes and you can spent your all day in this college very easily, good place to eat , good place to play and very spacious libraries
Academics are best as I currently studying chemistry hons so the lab classes okays key role in our studies they are held in two three days without delay and everytime we learn a new thing which makes us better
Placement are superb , if you maintain a good cgp surely you will get jobs and internships 2 or 1 year you can get internships very easily in job fair which company provides jobs to our senior the same they provide interships to us
About infrastructure what I like the most is its auditorium, a very good spacious, neat and clean auditorium which has air conditioner and the best part is its location , like it's a hub of best colleges near it
Academics are better than most of the colleges , the teachers are active they respond quickly to your all queries and all the departments in the college have their seperate library and all types of books are free for you to study
Placement are good as I am currently pursuing bsc, in this college after this degree minimum placement is 4 to 5 lpa and campus placement is easy if you are from science department you can easily secure a job
Overall I like the infrastructure of the college but as compared to other colleges of Delhi University this college is BIT small and the canteen food is also not delicious and washrooms are not much clean
Academic are too good of this college the faculty is very cooperative and always try to build our CV and career very best they always give us examples of the real life and their experience so that we can do the same and achieve a good place in our life
Placements are good but as we are from BA department we can't secure a higher package job or paid internships but if we talk about the whole college students are getting very nice placements like 6 to 8 lakh per annum
Infrastructure is good, but some buildings need renovation. Labs are very well-maintained. Classrooms are basic. The campus is green, beautiful, and spacious, that gives a nice environment. The library is useful but sometimes can get crowded.
Academics are good and slightly challenging. The course includes both theory and practical, so you need regular study and practice. Some professors are very helpful and explain concepts clearly. You need self-study to understand concepts clearly.
Placements are not so strong for Physics Hons. Few companies come for core roles. Many students go for MSc, research, or prepare for exams like JAM. Opportunities depend more on higher studies and skills.
Campus life is enjoyable. There are many societies, fests and events throughout the year that you can enjoy with your friends.
The college do have all the necessary infrastructure facility is an equipments that is required for students to perform basic function the canteen is good passage the ground is good all the rooms and infrastructure is well maintained.
I am studying b.com honours from there and the studies and teaching quality everything is very good the teachers are supported knowledgeable and guide us very well when required the curriculum is updated according to the nep.
The college's placement cell is quite active of our college and they do provide us a few internship opportunities as well. The average salary of world in the internship is around 15 to 20000 per month the placement process its quite a bit easy in lessons as well.
The rooms the ambience the floors are clean and spacious the campus fields lively everything is good infrastructure is well maintained few of the older rooms need a bit of maintenance otherwise everything is nice.
Ramjas College offers a wide variety of courses and almost all are good only the teachers are supported and guide us in a good way. Personally I have found a few teachers simply rude and that's the story of all the colleges.
Talking about the placement opportunities almost all the colleges here ranks the same the students have to work extra or half to do multiple internships in order to get a good placement opportunity from college.
College infrastructure is very nice fully delhi university vibes some part of the college is old even renovated and some parts like library and auditorium are very high tech you cant even tell that it is part of Delhi University after seeing that parts of our college
Academics are good , teachers are very active in the classroom as well in the WhatsApp groups also . They take proper tests and assignments , presentations are also held regularly so that we can remove our hesitate of public speaking
Placements are absolutely very good , as this college is part of North campus so the companies try to take students form this area and if you are from science side the chance of getting placement increase by themselves only
Hello,
For undergraduate programme in Ramjas college, first you need to register on the official site of Delhi University. Registration will proceed once you do the payment. Then you can select Ramjas college for which merit list will be published by the officials on the basis of the marks scored
Hi
Ramjas college admits students on the basis of their 12th score. Cut-offs usually go high and mostly above 90% in boards is required. There is no entrance conducted right now for BA History.
Hope this helps!
