RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering (RMDSSOE), Warje, is a well-known institute offering various engineering and management programs. The admission procedure at RMDSSOE is so arranged as to select deserving candidates through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) as per notifications by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State (DTE, MS). The admission cycle usually starts after the announcement of HSC, JEE-Main, and MHT CET results. It is therefore of utmost importance for the prospective candidates to keep themselves updated regarding the CAP schedule, and to immediately contact the institute as soon as the declaration of the results takes place. RMDSSOE admits students based on the scores obtained in several entrance test events, including JEE Main for engineering courses, MHT CET for both Engineering and MBA programs, while MAH MBA CET is thrust just for MBA courses.
The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to the undergraduate engineering courses are 10+2 subjects with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized board. The competitive admission process equates to selecting the best candidates from very different backgrounds. If any seats are left vacant after the completion of the CAP rounds, the admission will be done at the institute level. Thus, this entire process ensures that only bright students are inducted into RMDSSOE and that they will have a solid foundation for their engineering and management careers.
