RMKCET Thiruvallur Admission Process

RMK College of Engineering and Technology offers admission to undergraduate programmes. RMKCET admissions are offered to B.Tech programmes. RMKCET Thiruvallur admission to the B.Tech programme is based on candidates’ performance in the class 12th examination. Then, candidates who meet the RMKCET TNEA cutoff must further participate in the TNEA counselling. RMK College of Engineering and Technology admission is confirmed after verification of documents and fee payment.

RMKCET Thiruvallur Application Process

Apply through TNEA counselling by completing an online RMKCET application form on the website of TNEA.
Pay the application fee online.
Candidates can also pay their fees offline by sending a demand draft of fees for the relevant category along with their application forms.
A copy of the printed application must be sent to the Secretary, TNEA, Anna University, Chennai, along with photocopies of educational documents.
Later, shortlisted candidates are called for counselling by TNEA.

RMKCET Thiruvallur B.Tech Admission Procedure

Candidates must register for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA), conducted by the Department of Technical Education (DoTE) of Tamil Nadu.
The RMKCET Thiruvallur B.Tech admission is offered based on candidates' scores in the 12th board examination.
Candidates have to submit the TNEA application form.
Then, the cutoff list for RMKCET Thiruvallur B.Tech admission is released.
Candidates need to register for TNEA counselling through the TNEA portal.
During the counselling, candidates must first give preference to the RMK College of Engineering and Technology, Thiruvallur.
Further, a merit list is prepared based on marks obtained by the candidate in TNEA, board exam, choice filling and counselling.

Mobile is allowed in hostel or not

Hi there,

Yes,mobiles are allowed in hostel. As now you live in hostel so you need to connect with your family. That's why it can't be prohibited to use phones in hostel. Furthermore, most of class group of colleges are made on whatsapp. Schedule of class is sent on whatsapp group. Teacher informs about most of news to students through whatsapp. That's why phone is an essential part of student's college life and it is allowed in hostel.
