Royal Institute of Technology and Science, Chevella, being a reputable engineering college in Telangana, India, RITS has fostered budding engineers for more than two decades. The Royal Institute of Technology and Science admission procedure largely revolves around the Telangana State Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET), which serves as the major entry point for students of engineering in the state.
The admission process of Royal Institute of Technology and Science normally coincides with the schedule of TS EAMCET. The would-be students are required to remain aware of TS EAMCET exam dates, which come out in the initial quarter of a year. The TS EAMCET application process comes around March-April, with the exam held during May-June. The results are declared usually in July, and subsequently, the seat allotment through the counselling process is conducted.
For TS EAMCET preparation, the candidates must concentrate on the course syllabus recommended by the examination board, and it includes 10+2 level physics, chemistry, and mathematics topics. Practising previous years' question papers and mock tests will greatly improve a candidate's performance at the entrance examination.
The application process to get admitted to the Royal Institute of Technology and Science, Chevella, is a multi-step process:
Royal Institute of Technology and Science provides four B.Tech full-time courses: Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Entry to the courses is determined by the performance of the candidate in TS EAMCET. The intake of the B.Tech in Civil Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering courses is approved at 60 seats per course. Candidates must complete 10+2 with subjects PCM and pass the TS EAMCET to get admission.
The candidate is mainly selected on the basis of their TS EAMCET rank. Royal Institute of Technology and Science adopts the process of seat allotment as given by the guidelines of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
