The cutoff of Thakur College of engineering and technolgy is expected to be around:-
Be Civil:- 51k
Be Computer engineering :- 31k
Be electronics and communication :-59k
Be electronics :- 90k
Be IT :- 45k
Be mechanical :-95k
This is the cutoff of 2018. 2019 cutoff should lie near about the same.

As you mentioned your score,if you are from minority quota than your chances is more rather than in general category. If you are from general category than might be you get admission in 2nd or 3rd round. CSE is more difficult to get,you can also go for another branch.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch.
