Sanjay Bhokare Group of Institutes, Miraj admission selection criteria is well-structured and comprehensive. Candidates begin by submitting their application forms available on the institute’s official website. A merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the exams (accepted by the institute) mentioning the shortlisted candidates who proceed to the counselling stage. 

During counselling, candidates need to fill and lock their choices. Following this, document verification is conducted to validate the authenticity of provided information. To secure their seats, candidates need to complete the required admission formalities, including fee payment within the stipulated time. Admission to B.Tech/B.E. courses in the institute are done through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) whereas for admission to MBA courses, scores obtained in MAH MBA CET are considered for counselling.

Sanjay Bhokare Group of Institutes, Miraj Application Process for B.E./B.Tech Course

Admission to technical diploma and engineering courses at SBGI, Miraj is done through CAP procedure. A detailed process is given below. 

1. Filling online application form 

• Fill the online application form at the official website by providing all the required details within the specified schedule. 

• Candidates can edit/update the information in application form before confirming it at any of the Facilitation Centre. 

• Pay non-refundable application fee in online mode. Fee details are given in the table below. 

• Upload scanned images of relevant necessary documents 

• Check the details filled and submit the application form

• Download and take print out of the filled application form 

2. Document verification: Candidates need to appear for the document verification process. Document verification can be done through e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny. 

3. Display of provisional merit list: After the document verification, the authority releases provisional merit list. In case of grievances, candidates can submit the same after which the authority releases the final merit list. 

4. Release of seat matrix: The authority publishes the seat matrix on the website courses offered, sanctioned intake and number of seats available for each category before each round.

5. Filling of choices: Candidates need to fill their preferences of institutes and courses in decreasing order. Once confirmed, the preferences cannot be changed. Candidates need to fill the options for before respective CAP rounds. 

6. Display of provisional allotment: The authority releases the seat allotment result for respective CAP rounds indicating allotted institute and course. 

7. Reporting and accepting the allotted seat: Candidates need to report at the Admission Reporting Centre as per the schedule.
