          Yes you will get the message on your phone number of the refunded fees if you had gone for fees refund and your phone number is registered with the bank. You will get the message from  the bank about account balance.

As per your rank (188) in AP ICET, you can easily try for JNTU Kakinada. The closing rank for JNTU MBA admission is expected to be around 700 and you are rank is well within the cutoff.

Which course? If you mean MBBS then it is either through All india Quota or through state quota.
